Mikaela Torcello (b. Rhinebeck, NY) is a Philadelphia based photographer and lighting technician. For the past few years, her work has primarily focused on identity, self expression and her adoption story. In May 2024, Torcello received a BFA with Highest Honors in Photography with a minor in History of Art and Design from Pratt Institute. She is currently working on her MA in Museum Studies with a focus on Collections Management and Conservation at Johns Hopkins University,
